Family Business:
Santa Fe Haciendas Construction, a family construction company started building homes in the greater Yuma area in 2002. Bruce Schmidt started his construction career in Atwater, California in 1977. Bruce and his sons have brought their experience, as well as a commitment to quality, value, and detail to the Southwest.

Recognizing the Needs:
After moving to Yuma, Arizona in 2001, Bruce Schmidt saw a need for a contractor who took the time and a personal interest in his clients. Having had years of previous experience in building, Bruce started Santa Fe Haciendas Construction. One of Bruce’s goals was to be hands on as much as possible and to hire only qualified sub-contractors who share his principal of quality work.
